There are now several productivity and time management apps that you can use on your iPad to help you better ration your time and control how you spend it. Those sporadic 5-minute intervals in which you check your social media notifications become hours when added up at the end of the day. Being aware of how much time we spend doing things is the first and most insistent step towards a better time management and ultimately an enhanced productivity.
